Rates are below & may change without prior notice. First 2 HRS - ₱50.00 Succeeding hour - ₱20.00 Motorcycle - ₱40.00 (flat rate per day) --------------------------------------------------- ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible. Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after. --------------------------------------------------- We're virtually available 24/7 by phone or messaging. Please contact us via Airbnb first to ensure an immediate response. We do self-check-in & checkout via a lock box. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival. Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply: First extra 2 HRS - ₱800 Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out) Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit. For monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing. FREE use of the pool, on the other hand, there is a ₱100 per access/guest for the gym; please pay directly to the admin or the gym attendant. (amenities are located on the 6th floor). Please coordinate with us if you plan to use the amenities. Do note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.
