We're available 24 hours a day by phone or messaging! We do self-check-in and check-out. We will send the full instructions along with the lock box code after booking confirmation. Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply: First extra 2 HRS - ₱800 Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out) The published nightly rate only covers 1 guest. Please enter the correct guest headcount when booking to see the extra guest fee. Once the booking is confirmed, please email a copy of all guest IDs and vaccination cards (one for each guest) so we can request a guest pass (building security policy). As a host, I have full confidence that guests will take care of everything inside this unit and will NOT take anything when they check out. Guest/s will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. Weekly & monthly rental rates are already discounted as shown on the listing. For long stays: —You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. —Electricity bills must not exceed ₱3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense. The place is secured. The main guest will have to leave an ID at the reception of Tower B and will have to ask the security guard to provide access to the lift. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor. Please note that the shower & washer in the ground floor powder room is NOT to be used by guests. The bathroom on the 2nd level is en suite to the master bedroom. Guest access

The elevator access card is on the dining table. You can use the card during your stay. It must be returned as well - you can leave it on the dining table from where you got it. The lost card is 1,000 PHP. The unit door can only be accessed using a key that is inside our lock box displayed at the side of the door. Lock box code will be sent along with the check-in instructions.
