The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival. Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply: First extra 2 HRS - ₱800 Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out) Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit. For long stays (min. of 20 days): —You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. —Electricity bills must not exceed ₱3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.

Grace residence is a resort type condominium where you can enjoy yourselves outdoors in the pools, the playgrounds and gardens. You can workout inside the gym or just jog around the complex. There are several cafes, including Starbucks, and restaurants to choose from. There are even more restaurants in the surrounding areas. Bonifacio Global City is just a few minutes away.

Guest access

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID & vaccination card for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible. Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID & vaccination card to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after. --------------------------------------------------- Amenities Details- The pool can be accessed by guests for 150 pesos per head on regular days & 300 pesos per head on weekends and holidays, Pay directly to the admin of Grace Residences. No gym access - exclusive to residents but Anytime Fitness inside of Grace Mall is available to anyone with fee. Paid parking at Grace Mall: Php 45 first 2 hours Php 20 succeeding hours Overnight - Php 300 additional rate from 1:30 AM - 6 AM
