The published nightly rate only covers the first 2 guests. An extra guest fee will apply to the additional guests. ------------------------------------------------ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: 2 sleeps on the queen bed in the master bedroom 2 sleeps on the single bed with a pull-out in the second bedroom FREE Parking if you book this home but if you need extra parking slots, there is a limited pay parking option in the building. ------------------------------------------------- ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible. Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after. --------------------------------------------------- We're virtually available 24/7 by phone or messaging. Please contact us via Airbnb first to ensure an immediate response. We do self-check-in & checkout via a lock box. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival. Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply: First extra 2 HRS - ₱1,000 Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out) Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. For monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing. The pool can be accessed by guests for 200 PHP per head & 100 PHP per head for the Gym. Pool Details: -Closed every Thursday due to maintenance & cleaning. -Open every Monday to Wednesday from 8 am - 9 pm. -Located at the center of the North Tower and South Tower -Please note that only registered guests are allowed by the condo admin to use the amenities. This is a condo building policy which we have no control of & for compliance. Setting proper expectations as security is tight in the community. We hope for your understanding! Gym Details: -Open daily from 8 am to 9 pm. -Located on the Mezzanine Floor of the North Tower. Amenities payment directly to the building concierge.
