The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival. Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply: First extra 2 HRS - ₱800 Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out) Please note that the nightly rate only covers the first 2 guests. Extra guest is charged an additional 950 PHP/night. Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit. For weekly & monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing. For long stays (min. of 20 days): —You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. —Electricity bills must not exceed ₱3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense. FREE use of the pool located on the 7th floor. Please coordinate with us if you plan to use the amenity. Do note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice. Grease trap cleaning & other maintenance activities are done in all our homes regularly. If you spot a not-so-nice smell in the room (which seldom happens & only usually during the hot season), it is coming from the pipes as we're located in an old building. Please note that the building maintenance is aware of this. When you book this home, you confirm that you have been made aware & that you understand that it is out of our hands.
